These terms apply to all purchases from Nisar Textile through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We make every effort to show product colours and prints accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings. Unstitched suits are sold as fabric; stitching is not included.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order applies.
3. Orders
We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if order details cannot be verified, or if there is a pricing error. You will be informed if this happens.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. Open parcel is allowed, so you can check your order before you pay.
5. Delivery
Delivery is free across Pakistan. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for timelines.
6. Exchanges
Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Exchange Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, including text and product photography owned by Nisar Textile, may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
