Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, all over Pakistan.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You pay in cash when the parcel reaches you.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes. Open parcel is allowed — you can check your order in front of the rider before you pay.
Will someone contact me after I order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Products
Are the ladies suits stitched?
No. They are 3-piece unstitched suits (shirt, dupatta and trouser), so you can get them tailored to your exact size and style.
What fabric are the suits?
Linen.
Which brand are the men's shawls?
Our men's wool shawls are by J. (Junaid Jamshed).
Will the colour look exactly like the pictures?
We use real product photos, so colours are very close. Slight variation can happen because of lighting and screen settings.
How should I care for my order?
Dry clean, or hand wash gently in cold water and dry in shade. Please see the care instructions on each product page.
Exchanges
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, uncut and returned with its tags and packaging.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.
